Unfortunately GNP Seguros referred my car to Nissan Polanco (National Army, Irrigación neighborhood in CdMx), they offered me to do the repair in THREE days after the insurance company authorized the quote, which was done quite quickly, the problem was From that moment on, the three days became TEN AND SEVEN, a total LACK of responsibility, commitment, follow-up and response on the part of Ramón Pérez (bodywork and painting) and Israel Limón (workshop manager).
It is difficult to continue buying Nissan for 26 years and, for sure, it is impossible to return to this agency. They are disgusting!
When they finally committed to delivering the car, the notice was: “it will be delivered at 5:30 PM, we ask you to be punctual as we close at 6:00 PM”; When I arrived on time to pick it up, they had not yet brought it from the workshop, it is not at the agency, it is located at Military Engineers, they told me it would arrive in 15 minutes, it arrived in 50.
DO NOT BOTHER TO RESPOND WITH YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSE “José Ignacio, we are sorry for what happened, allow us a call to……”, it is a matter of seeing the “opinions” that are on his blog.

Terrible workshop service. Please NEVER leave your car at this place for repair. They do not answer the service phones and do not give status or approximate delivery dates. It seems that customers are doing them a favor by leaving their cars. They have had my vehicle for 1 month and NO ONE responds to me.
